Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend are dispatched the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information as soon as it ships.
Once dispatched, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 2 weeks.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and peak periods can extend them.

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active on the carrier's website.
